Wednesday Evening Mindfulness Meditation Class

The three-week introduction to mindfulness meditation is complete. We are now offering weekly meditation classes, which can be attended without committing to a series. Cynthia Wilcox and Adam Silcott will be co-teaching this ongoing weekly class.
